1. General Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/email) is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn apparel and accessories
  • Opened supplements or nutritional products
  • Gift cards or discounted items marked final sale

4. Exchange Policy

We allow size or defect-based exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product you received is defective or the size doesn’t fit, contact our support team for a free exchange.

5. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after we inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
